The residential structures feature three distinct forms: loggias, balconies, and greenhouses/windows.
These elements create a clean, linear aesthetic with varied visual planes, inspired by Milanese rationalist architecture.
For this project, Bandalux supplied its guided Premium Plus roller shades, providing both solar protection and precise fabric tension across the three glazed planes of the loggia. The selected Screen fabric complements the façade, maintaining the building’s cohesive color palette while ensuring functionality.
