De’Longhi Headquarters

The design concept focuses on preserving and reinterpreting the pre-existing architecture, incorporating its geometric and color elements into the new structure.

The new De’Longhi headquarters were built on the same site where their previous building was damaged by a fire.

The headquarters house workspaces, an auditorium, a lobby, and a restaurant.

For this project, the architects selected the Bandalux Premium Plus Duo system, which combines opaque and screen fabrics. This choice is ideal for an office environment, providing flexibility: total privacy and light blocking with the opaque fabric, or natural light and thermal protection with the Screen fabric, while maintaining a certain level of openness.
