The design approach preserved the architectural references of the city on the façade while adding contemporary and sustainable functionalities inside.
Various Bandalux systems were chosen with opaque and translucent fabrics to enhance the building’s energy efficiency and the guest experience at any time of day. Bandalux tailored solutions for each environment: common areas and guest rooms feature a combination of roller shades with translucent textiles and boxed systems incorporating blackout fabrics. All systems are motorized for maximum comfort and to minimize the risk of damage from improper use, allowing for total darkness or controlled light entry whenever desired.
