The Opera 35 project is a boutique hotel developed as an extension of an existing building.
The large windows provide abundant natural light. Interior curtains, while adding texture, are not sufficient to create the privacy guests require.
Our motorized Arion roller shades were chosen to protect the building’s exterior. Positioned 5 m high, they add dynamism to the façade without losing style and elegance, while ensuring optimal solar control.
