The building was designed with its residents in mind. Common areas include a gym, a pool with solarium, a gourmet zone, and a Mediterranean garden.
Given that it is a skyscraper, light management was a key aspect of Bofill’s design. The façade features large openings where our Zi-Box roller shades replace traditional shutters.
