Pestana CR7 Hotel

The project is located in the building constructed in 1920 by architect José Yarnoz Larrosa to house the headquarters of two publishing companies.

The hotel currently has 168 rooms, designed with careful attention to décor inspired by the 1920s and 1950s.

For the bedrooms, two system combinations are used: FIT BOX with Premium Plus or Zi-Box with Premium Plus—one for daily activity and visual connection with the exterior, and another for rest and total opacity. Fabrics are selected based on these needs. On the terrace, a Bandalux awning is also used, providing a comfortable outdoor space.
