The goal was to select a solar protection system for its glazed façade while maintaining an innovative spirit.
Architect Martina Biasi, who collaborated with Area 17, selected several Bandalux products to meet all the project requirements.
Each installed roller shade—Arion, Premium Plus, and Zi-Box—provides efficient solar control. Every space in the building is designed to offer comfort, taking into account specific needs: visibility and partial opening, or total concealment. Fabrics were chosen accordingly: Screen offers visibility, while Blackout ensures complete privacy.
