The project is distributed across several buildings connected by a bright corridor, designed under sustainability principles.

Our Premium Plus roller shades cover the large glass façades, providing optimal solar management while maintaining visual contact with the outdoors.

The blinds efficiently contribute to achieving LEED Platinum certification, recognizing the building’s sustainability. Loyola University’s campus is the first in Spain to obtain this environmental certification.
